1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website esomo.rw (the “Platform”) and all related courses, content, and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). 5. Payments and Refunds

All payments made for courses are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may offer refunds at our discretion if:

  • The course content is found to be defective or misrepresented.
  • There are exceptional circumstances that justify a refund.

Payment methods, fees, and refund policies are subject to change, and these changes will be reflected on the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on our Platform, including text, images, videos, and software, is the property of Esomo Rwanda or its licensors. You are prohibited from using any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

You may submit questions, comments, reviews, or other content to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, display, and distribute such content.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove any user-generated content that:

  • Is defamatory, offensive, or abusive.
  • Violates any laws or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
